With roots in both Pokhara Lakeside and Thamel, Kathmandu, our journey began with a simple yet powerful dream: to connect the world to the spirit of Nepal and its surrounding regions. What started as a vision has grown into a living story, one that continues to unfold with every traveler who joins us.

Over the decades, we’ve guided thousands of explorers, pilgrims, and adventurers through the majestic Himalayas and into the heart of Nepalese life. EARTH NEPAL Travel & Trek
Mr. Dharma Raj Panthi, is a visionary tourism leader from Western Nepal with over 30 years of dynamic experience in the travel, trekking, and hospitality sectors. A graduate in Travel and Tourism and a certified hospitality professional from CTEVT and NATHM, he began his journey as a trek and tour leader and has since become a respected figure in sustainable mountain tourism.
An advocate for eco-friendly practices, Mr. Panthi is a national campaigner for Trash Free Trails and fossil fuel–free tourism in Nepal. His work champions sustainability in the Himalayas, integrating conservation with community-based tourism. He regularly trains and mentors aspiring tourism professionals, offering trekking/tour guide training and guest lectures at universities across Nepal.
Having served over 10,000 international travelers, mountaineers, and trekkers, he brings a global perspective rooted in local expertise. Mr. Panthi has been actively involved with the Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN) Gandaki since 2013 and currently serves as its president. He is also the Managing Director of EARTH NEPAL Travel & Trek Pvt. Ltd.
Beyond tourism, he contributes to social and cultural development through key roles in the International Mountain Museum as a committee member, Amnesty International Group 82, and as a life member of the Lions Club of Pokhara Lakeside.
Mr. Panthi is widely recognized as a passionate and innovative voice in Nepal’s tourism landscape—steadfast in his mission to uplift mountain tourism through sustainability, education, and responsible leadership.
